文章使用SF-36生命质量(Quality of Life QL)量表对民营企业女职工生命质量进行调查研究。结果显示18-30经常参加体育锻炼所占人口的比例明显大于30-40年龄段,但是不论哪个年龄段民营企业普通女职工的体育锻炼现状都不是很乐观;参加体育锻炼的民营企业普通女职工的生命质量都普遍大于非体育锻炼人口。对非体育人口采用体育干预,每天活动半个到一个小时,一年后对他们生命质量现状进行调查。发现经过体育锻炼后,民营企业普通女职工的生命质量明显提高,说明体育锻炼作为一种干预手段可以提高民营企业普通女职工的生命质量。
This article uses the SF-36 Quality of Life QL scale to investigate the quality of life of women workers in private enterprises. The results showed that 18-30 often participate in physical exercise accounted for significantly larger proportion of the population than the 30-40 age group, but no matter at any age of private enterprises in general female workers physical exercise are not very optimistic about the status quo; participation in physical training of ordinary women workers The quality of life is generally greater than the non-physical exercise population. Sports interventions are applied to non-sports people. The activities are performed for half an hour to one hour a day, and after one year, the status quo of their quality of life is investigated. Found that after physical exercise, the quality of life of ordinary female workers in private enterprises increased significantly, indicating that physical exercise as an intervention can improve the quality of life of ordinary female workers in private enterprises.
