电影《触目惊心》上映之后,议论一时,过后若无其事。仓库里的物资霉烂变质仍有发生,产品质量低劣,造成积压、削价、报废的损失时有发生。如何阻止浪费现象的发生、蔓延,应该引起广大群众的注意,提倡人们管“闲事”。同时还必须有具体制止浪费的措施,把实实在在的东西(资金、物料)省下来,才称得起是节约。经过多年来的工作实践,我觉得从机关到企业的公费医疗制度,应予改革。公费医疗制度,对于保障干部、职工身体健康,起了重大的作用,体现了社会主义制度的优越性。
After the release of the film “The Surprise”, the discussion was over and nothing happened afterwards. Material deterioration in the warehouse still occurs, and the quality of the product is poor, causing backlogs, price cuts, and scrap losses. How to prevent the occurrence and spread of waste should arouse the attention of the broad masses and encourage people to control “no business.” At the same time, it must also have specific measures to stop waste and save real things (funds, materials) before it can be regarded as saving. After many years of work practice, I feel that the government-to-enterprise public-funded medical system should be reformed. The publicly-funded medical system has played a major role in safeguarding the physical health of cadres and workers, reflecting the superiority of the socialist system.
