锻铝用润滑剂选择和评定通常只是试凑比较。最近已经要求使用更科学的方法。本文评述了在作者实验室里研究的从安全和功效两方面选择和评价锻铝用的润滑剂的方法。说明了某些润滑剂组份对润滑剂性能的影响。
Forging aluminum lubricant selection and evaluation usually just try to compare. Recently a more scientific approach has been demanded. This article reviews the methods used to select and evaluate lubricants for aluminum forging both in terms of safety and efficacy, as studied in the authors’ laboratories. The effect of certain lubricant components on lubricant properties is illustrated.
