目的 :使用羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注化疗预防膀胱肿瘤复发。方法 :对膀胱肿瘤患者施行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术及膀胱部分切除术 ,术后采用羟基喜树碱 10mg加生理盐水 40ml膀胱灌注治疗。 结果 :随访 0 .5～ 2年 ,总复发率18.2 %。结论 :此方法预防膀胱肿瘤复发安全有效。
OBJECTIVE: To prevent the recurrence of bladder tumor by intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin. Methods: Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor and bladder partial resection were performed on patients with bladder cancer. Hydroxycamptothecin 10 mg and normal saline 40 ml were given intravesical instillation after operation. Results: Followed up for 0.5-2 years, the total recurrence rate was 18.2%. Conclusion: This method is safe and effective in preventing the recurrence of bladder cancer.
