空压机是一种用来压缩气体提高气体压力的机械,广泛地应用在采矿、冶金、机械制造、石油化工以及国防工业中。而空压机生产压缩空气的过程是重要耗能环节之一,同时,空压机的加、卸载工作方式会产生很多缺陷。相关资料表明:使用变频调速技术能很好地克服上述缺点。而对空压机进行变频改造,控制系统的稳定性和有效性非常重要。本文通过实践介绍了基于PLC的空压机变频改造系统设计和主要实现形式,为实现空压机变频改造的稳定性和有效性提供了可行的解决办法。
Air compressor is used to compress the gas to increase gas pressure of the machinery, widely used in mining, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, petrochemical and defense industries. The air compressor production of compressed air is an important energy-consuming part of the process, at the same time, air compressor loading and unloading work will have many defects. Relevant information shows that: the use of frequency control technology can be very good to overcome the above shortcomings. The frequency of air compressor transformation, the stability and effectiveness of the control system is very important. This paper introduces the PLC-based air compressor frequency conversion transformation system design and the main form of realization, in order to achieve the stability and effectiveness of the air compressor transformation provides a viable solution.
