国际化趋势带来了商务英语专业的蓬勃发展,大批的商务英语专业毕业生涌入了就业市场,然而用人单位的反馈意见却表明大多数的毕业生未能胜任相关工作,职业教育和用人要求出现了脱节。本文先指出了商务英语专业存在和发展的优势所在,随后分析了用人单位对商务英语专业毕业生的能力要求,提出了商务英语专业学生能力培养模式,最后对教学实施给出了建议。
The trend of internationalization has brought about the booming development of Business English. A large number of graduates of Business English have entered the job market. However, feedback from employers indicates that most of the graduates are not qualified for related work, vocational education and employment requirements. There was a disconnect. This article first points out the advantages of the existence and development of Business English, and then analyzes the employer’s ability requirements for business English graduates, puts forward the business English professional ability training model, and finally gives suggestions for the implementation of the teaching.
