目的研究长春地区20~89岁健康女性25-羟基维生素D3〔25(OH)D3〕水平与不同地理纬度国家、地区女性的差异及其影响因素,并探讨25(OH)D3水平与骨密度(BMD)的相关性。方法选取2013年12月~2014年12月长春地区2 067例20~89岁健康体检女性的血清标本,按10岁为1个年龄段进行分组,采用德国Roche公司COBAS E601电化学发光分析仪检测血清25(OH)D3水平,采用美国Hologic公司Discovery WA型骨密度仪检测腰椎BMD。结果长春地区女性血清25(OH)D3水平低于上海、广州、贵阳、岳阳市健康女性,低于白俄罗斯、波兰、乌克兰、匈牙利、西班牙健康女性。长春地区健康女性25(OH)D3缺乏1 458例(70.54%),25(OH)D3不足486例(23.51%),25(OH)D3充足123例(5.95%)。女性25(OH)D3水平与BMD呈正相关,与年龄呈负相关。结论地理纬度、日照时数是影响维生素D合成的因素,维生素D缺乏是骨质疏松的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the differences of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25 (OH) D3〕 in healthy women aged 20-89 years old in Changchun region from those in different geographical latitudes and its influencing factors, and to explore the relationship between 25 (OH) D3 level and bone mineral density BMD). Methods A total of 2 067 healthy women aged from 20 to 89 years in Changchun area from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided into 10 age groups according to their ages. The samples were collected using the COBAS E601 electrochemiluminescence analyzer from Roche, Germany Serum 25 (OH) D3 levels, using the United States Discovery WA osteoporosis Discovery WA BMD. Results The level of serum 25 (OH) D3 in Changchun was lower than that in healthy women in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Guiyang and Yueyang, and lower than those in Belarussia, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary and Spain. In Changchun area, there were 1 458 (70.54%) of 25 (OH) D3 deficiency, 486 (23.51%) of 25 (OH) D3 deficiency and 123 (5.95%) of 25 (OH) D3 deficiency in Changchun area. Female 25 (OH) D3 levels were positively correlated with BMD and negatively correlated with age. Conclusion The geographical latitude and sunshine hours are the factors affecting vitamin D synthesis. Vitamin D deficiency is a risk factor for osteoporosis.
