一、匿名审稿的一些具体做法 1.筛稿分稿。由编辑部负责人粗读全部来稿,筛掉明显不适合刊用的稿件,将可用稿件按专题分给编辑或外部审稿人进行匿名审稿。 2.登稿编号。编务将编辑部负责人分定的稿件进行登记编号,留下含有作者情况的第l页备查,正文交给编辑或外部审稿人进行匿名审稿。
First, anonymous review some of the specific practices 1.Screening manuscripts. The editor in chief shall read all the manuscripts in a rough manner and screen out manuscripts obviously not suitable for publication. The manuscripts may be distributed to the editors or external reviewers for anonymous review according to the topics. 2. Publication number.
