5怎样清洗蔬果上的农药?农业部数据显示,我国农药年用量达80~00万吨,其中使用在农作物、果树、花卉等的化学农药约占95%,虽保证了丰收,但污染了环境,给健康带来了威胁。那么,怎样清除这些污染呢?方法有:(1)浸泡法,在清水中浸泡30分钟,约可减少30%农药。(2)分解法,清洗后用盐或食用碱加入水中(浓度为10克/1000毫升水),泡5~10分钟,然后用清水冲洗后烹饪。(3)加热法,清洗后在沸水中焯2~3分钟。(4)去皮法,有皮菜应削皮。(5)贮存减毒法,农药随时间推移可分解。可将南瓜、冬瓜等存放10~15天。
