新课改的不断推进,使素质教育更加注重学生个体主观能动性的培养,这就要求教师要更加注重自身理论知识与认识的提高。在数学教学中,教师的反思意识和行为影响着教学效果,因此教学反思已经成为教育研究中具有重要研究意义的课题。本文结合高中数学教学,对教学反思的内涵、意义以及有效的反思方法等进行了初步的探讨。
With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, quality education has placed more emphasis on the cultivation of individual subjective initiatives. This requires teachers to pay more attention to the improvement of their own theoretical knowledge and understanding. In mathematics teaching, teachers’ reflective consciousness and behavior influence teaching effectiveness. Therefore, teaching reflection has become an important research topic in educational research. In this paper, combining with mathematics teaching in senior high schools, the connotation, significance and effective reflection methods of teaching reflection are discussed.
