研究了用现有ASTM、BS、GB标准评价高强高韧合金断裂韧性时存在的不适用问题,提出了修订现有标准的方法。提出了建立高强高韧合金发生较大范围屈服时的临界试样厚度BC和Rp0.2/E的对应关系;对由JIC转化获得的KIC进行了误差分析;提出了采用正交试验法确定单试样法J积分试验中的最佳试验参数。
The problems existing in the evaluation of the fracture toughness of high strength and high toughness alloys by using the existing ASTM, BS and GB standards were studied. A method of revising existing standards was put forward. The corresponding relationship between the critical specimen thickness BC and Rp0.2 / E when the high-strength and high-toughness alloy has a large range of yielding is established. The error analysis of the KIC obtained from the JIC transformation is proposed. The orthogonal test method is used to determine the single Sample method J integral test the best test parameters.
