在农场改革的新形势下,我作为一名场长,其主要责任是抓好生产和管理。但我认为,也有责任配合党委做好职工的思想政治工作。所以,我经常关心和支持政工部门的工作,使政工部门的作用得到进一步的发挥。第一,在时间上给予保证思想政治工作部门往往要开展一些活动,占用一定的时间,有时免不了出现与生产争时间的矛盾。
In the new situation of farm reform, I, as a field chief, have the primary responsibility of doing a good job of production and management. However, I think it is also our responsibility to cooperate with the party committees in carrying out their ideological and political work. Therefore, I often care about and support the work of political departments, so that the role of political departments can be further played.
