不对称信息因其难以测度和控制的显著特征已成为制约股票市场效率甚至导致市场失灵的关键因素。本文在剖析不对称信息危害性的基础上,提出了旨在提高股票市场效率和发挥其市场功能、推动实体经济及整个国民经济的增长的不对称信息治理对策。
The asymmetric information has become a key factor restricting the efficiency of the stock market and even leading to the market failure because of its salient features that are difficult to measure and control. Based on the analysis of the harmfulness of asymmetric information, this paper proposes the asymmetric information governance measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the stock market, giving full play to its market function, and promoting the growth of the real economy and the entire national economy.
