【Objective】 To explore the application of general assessment (GMs) quality assessment in high-risk neonates follow-up. 【Methods】 The three-level network of high-risk infants management was constructed. The high-risk infants were referred step by step, GMs were recorded and evaluated. Abnormal children were referred to special hospitals for family training guidance or rehabilitation training in rehabilitation institutions. 【Results】 A total of 903 high risk children were evaluated, of which 629 were evaluated during the writhing phase. The results of PR250 cases were CS8, with 371 normal subjects (N = 371) and an abnormal rate of 40.02%; 569 were evaluated during the anxiety phase. F-17 showed the number of normal 552 abnormal rate of 2.99%; 83 children received early intervention in pediatric hospital rehabilitation center, 15 cases of rehabilitation training in pediatric hospitals guidance. 【Conclusion】 As a new neuro-motor assessment method, GMs quality assessment is of great significance in the follow-up of high-risk infants. It is simple in operation and less in economic investment and suitable for application and popularization in China.
