随着化肥工业的发展,对块煤的需要量越来越大。但由于采煤机械化程度日益提高,块煤的比率却越来越小。我们对入厂的大中块煤进行了粒度测定。其中8~20毫米粒度等级的小籽煤约占10%左右。按我们车间全年用煤30万吨计算,8~20毫米的小籽煤就有3万吨左右。如果能把这部分小籽煤用于制造合成氨,对降低供应煤定额,提高合成氨产量有很大的意义。我们克服了生产中的困难,在操作和设备方面作了改进,1979年共回收和使用8~20
