当今社会,信息技术与英语教学的整合是大势所趋。教育信息化对英语教师的素质和信念调整提出了极大挑战。本论文以大学英语教师为研究对象,调查分析这场教改中的教师对师生与生生关系的信念,教师的信息技术信念和对学习有效性的信念,并对其影响因素进行多维度分析。该研究对外语教师的培训、管理与职称评定都有借鉴意义。
In today’s society, the integration of information technology and English teaching is the trend of the times. Educational information technology poses a great challenge to the quality and belief adjustment of English teachers. This thesis takes College English teachers as the research object, investigates and analyzes teachers ’beliefs about the relationship between teachers and students and students, teachers’ beliefs in information technology and their beliefs about the effectiveness of learning, and conducts a multidimensional analysis on the influencing factors. This research has reference to the training, management and assessment of foreign language teachers.
