囊性肾癌容易误诊及漏诊。 1987年 4月～ 1999年 4月我院收治的肾癌患者 5 6例中 ,囊性肾癌 3例 (5 4% ) ,现报告如下 :1 病例报告 例 1.患者男 ,5 5岁。因左腰部隐痛 1个月入院。患者无膀胱刺激症状。体检 :左肾区轻度叩击痛。尿常规示红细胞(++)。Ｂ超检查示左肾下极囊?
Cystic renal cell carcinoma is easily misdiagnosed and missed.
