小檗碱含量测定方法较多,但利用薄层扫描仪进行定量在国内尚未见报道。本所在引种栽培黄连的过程中,对原产四川石柱县的黄连根茎中小檗碱含量进行了薄层扫描定量测定,现将测定方法介绍如下。材料和方法 1.黄连生药来源:四川省石柱县黄连种植场育苗移栽后第6年采收的黄连根茎。 2.小檗碱盐酸盐标准品来源:自制。方法是将上述黄连根茎用石灰沉淀法分离得到盐酸小檗碱(C_(20)H_(18)ClNO_4·2H_2O)结晶,经熔
There are many methods for the determination of berberine, but there have been no reports on the use of thin-layer scanners for quantification in China. In the course of introduction of Coptis chinensis, the quantitative determination of berberine content in rhizomes of Coptis chinensis in Shizhu County, Sichuan Province, China was carried out. The determination method is now described as follows. Materials and Methods 1. Huanglian crude drug source: The rooted stem of Coptis chinensis collected in the 6th year after transplanting seedlings from Huanglian planting site in Shizhu County, Sichuan Province. 2. Berberine hydrochloride standard source: homemade. The method is to separate the rhizome of berberine hydrochloride (C_(20)H_(18)ClNO_4·2H_2O) by lime precipitation method and melt it.
