当前,少数民族干部教育机构主要是由党校、专门性的培训学院及部分高校组成,民族院校的教育培训功能和作用还远未发挥。民族院校可以通过成立民族干部学院、创建民族团结进步研究中心或民族干部教育培训实践教学基地、造就优秀的民族干部教育师资队伍等途径服务少数民族干部教育。
At present, the education agencies for ethnic minority cadres are mainly composed of Party schools, special training colleges and some colleges and universities. The functions and functions of education and training in ethnic minority colleges are far from being realized. Ethnic minority institutions can serve for the education of ethnic minority cadres through the establishment of ethnic minority cadres institutes, the establishment of a research center for the advancement of national unity and progress, or the practice teaching base for ethnic minority cadres’ education and training, as well as the creation of outstanding teaching staff for ethnic minority cadres.
