男,1958年12月出生于湖南平江。1978年3月进入湘潭大学哲学系,1982年1月毕业并获得哲学学士学位。1984年进入南开大学社会学系读研究生班,1988年获得硕士学位。1993年3月至2012年4月工作于中山大学社会学系,2002年1月至4月在香港中文大学访问,2002年12月至2003年8月在法国里昂第三大学访问。现为南京大学社会学院教授、博士生导师,主要从事组织社会学和劳工问题研究。代表性著作
Male, born in December 1958 in Pingjiang, Hunan Province. In March 1978, he entered the Philosophy Department of Xiangtan University and graduated in January 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. In 1984 Nankai University Department of Sociology graduate school, 1988 master’s degree. From March 1993 to April 2012, he worked in the Sociology Department of Sun Yat-sen University, from January to April 2002 at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and from December 2002 to August 2003 at the Third University of Lyon, France. He is now a professor and PhD supervisor at the School of Social Sciences in Nanjing University, and is mainly engaged in research on sociology and labor issues. Representative works
