电子通信企业研发有自身的特点,其R&D国际化动因与一般企业相比也有较大的不同。通过剖析电子通信企业R&D活动的特点,归纳其R&D国际化的动因,并采用问卷调查法,对我国电子通信企业R&D国际化的动因进行实证研究发现:一些被学者认为在R&D国际化过程中十分重要的市场因素对我国企业来说并不是特别重要的动因。故应在改善R&D投资环境、完善相关人才培养、使用和激励机制和支持我国技术标准战略的发展等方面做出努力。
R & D has its own characteristics of electronic communications, R & D and its international motivation compared with the general business there is a big difference. By analyzing the characteristics of R & D activities of electronic communication companies, this paper summarizes the motivation of R & D internationalization and uses questionnaire survey to make an empirical study on the motivation of R & D internationalization of China’s electronic communication enterprises. Some scholars think that in the internationalization of R & D, Important market factors are not particularly important motivators for Chinese enterprises. Therefore, efforts should be made to improve the R & D investment environment, improve relevant personnel training, use and incentive mechanisms, and support the development of China’s technology standard strategy.
