疥螨体小,肉眼不易看见,雄螨大小为0.2～0.3mm,雌螨大小为0.3～0.5mm,因寄住于人皮肤角质层组织内,不易获取。在长期的教学过程中疥螨标本均制于一二十年前,十分陈旧。采集的螨多用阿拉伯树胶与水合氯醛制成的制片液直接封片,制好的标本尚能保留一时期,但盖片边缘如果胶质物封闭不够严密、完善,玻片内的虫体容易蒸发干坏,或混浊不清,给教学带来困难。作者加以翻制,重新获得满意的结果,现简介如下。一、改良贝氏液配制配方:蒸馏水
