为在石油基本建设系统应用推广微型计算机,石油工业部基本建设局于一九八三年二月一日至三日在石油工业部施工技术研究所召开微型计算机应用协作网成立会议。石油部基建局有关部门的领导出席主持会议,各石油工程建设公司及华北石油管理局等单位共31名代表出席了会议。会议通过了“石油基本建设系统微型计算机应用协作网章程”、讨论了”石油基本建设系统推广应用微型计算机的规划”和“石油基本建设系统一九八三年推广应用微型机工作计划”。会议宣布成立了由石油工业部基本建设局领导、石油部施工技术研究所和各石油工程建设公司主管领导组成的石油基本建设系统微型机应用领导小组。
In order to promote the use of microcomputers in the petroleum infrastructure system, the Bureau of Infrastructure Construction of the Ministry of Oil Industry convened a meeting on the establishment of the Microcomputer Application Collaboration Network at the Institute of Construction Technology, Ministry of Oil Industry, from February 1 to February 3, 1983. Leaders of relevant departments of the Ministry of Petroleum Infrastructure Bureau attended the meeting and attended the meeting. A total of 31 representatives from petroleum engineering construction companies and North China Petroleum Administration Bureau attended the meeting. The meeting approved the “Articles of Association of Microcomputers Application Network for Petroleum Infrastructure Construction System”, discussed the “Planning of Popularizing and Applying Microcomputers for Petroleum Infrastructure Construction System” and the “Proposal of Popularizing and Applying Microcomputers for Petroleum Infrastructure Construction System in 1983”. The meeting announced the establishment of a leading group for the application of microcomputers in the petroleum infrastructure system, which is led by the Bureau of Infrastructure Construction, Ministry of Oil Industry, the Institute of Construction Technology, Ministry of Petroleum and the director of each petroleum engineering construction company.
