从花生种传病苗、花生病株以及花生种植区的大豆病株上分离到三个病毒分离物。经基本性状的测定,证实它们是同一病毒。汁液摩擦接种可侵染八种豆科、藜科和茄科植物,在苋色藜接种叶上产生局部褪绿斑。由桃蚜、豆蚜和禾谷缢管蚜以非持久性方式传病。体外抗性测定,失毒温度为55—60℃,稀释限点10~(-3)—10~(-4),体外存活期1—2天。可通过花生种子传病。病毒粒体线条状,有风轮状和束状内含体。并根据血清学的琼脂双扩散和免疫电镜的测定结果,将这三个病毒分离物鉴定为花生斑驳病毒(PMV)。
Three virus isolates were isolated from soybean seedlings of peanut germ-borne, peanut and peanut-growing areas. The basic character of the test confirmed that they are the same virus.
