中国餐饮行业随着国际交流日益密切,迎来前所未有的大发展时期。餐饮行业对烹饪专业学生的双语水平越来越重视。但实际的职业学校双语教学对烹饪专业学生学习的影响因素制约个人及整个餐饮业的国际化发展。本文主要分析了双语教学对学生学习的影响因素,总结双语教学的改革措施。为以后的烹饪专业双语教学发展提供借鉴和帮助。
With the increasingly close international exchange, China’s catering industry ushered in an unprecedented period of great development. Catering industry bilingual students cooking more and more attention. However, the actual bilingual education in vocational schools restricts the international development of individuals and the whole catering industry. This article mainly analyzes the influential factors of bilingual teaching to students’ learning and summarizes the reform measures of bilingual teaching. It will provide reference and help for the future development of bilingual teaching in culinary specialty.
