在物元分析的基础上 ,结合模糊集合的概念 ,克服项目投资方案中许多经济、技术指标的独立性和不相容性 ,提出了一种节水灌溉工程评标的模糊物元分析方法。以各投资方案、评价指标及其相应的模糊量值构造复合模糊物元 ,通过建立模型的从优隶属度原则 (模糊量值 )、关联系数复合模糊物元和权重集 ,采用层次分析法AHP计算各评价指标的权系数 ,并根据计算出的关联度来实现对各投资方案的优选与排序 ,从而选出最佳方案。
On the basis of object-element analysis, combined with the concept of fuzzy sets and overcoming the independency and incompatibility of many economic and technical indicators in the project investment scheme, a fuzzy matter-element analysis method for bid evaluation of water-saving irrigation projects is proposed. The compound fuzzy matter element is constructed based on each investment project, evaluation index and its corresponding fuzzy quantity. Through the establishment of the subordinate subordinate principle (fuzzy quantity) of the model, the complex fuzzy matter element and weight set of the correlation coefficient, AHP is used to calculate The weight coefficient of each evaluation index, and according to the calculated degree of correlation to achieve the optimization and ranking of the various investment programs to select the best solution.
