不知不觉,2005年已经过去了,中国物业管理行业又添了一岁的年轮。在过去的一年之中,物业管理行业正在以前所未有的速度发展着,伴随着各种法规的出台以及多次高层次会议和论坛的召开,新的机遇和挑战在这个行业凸现。在此,本刊特别策划“聚焦·2005物业管理”专题,从特色项目、行业大事、法制新闻和企业四个方面,再一次回顾即将记入物业管理行业历史的2005年。
Unconsciously, 2005 has passed, China’s property management industry has added a one-year-old ring. In the past year, the property management industry is developing at an unprecedented rate. With the promulgation of various laws and regulations and the convening of many high-level conferences and forums, new opportunities and challenges have emerged in this industry. Here, we specially plan the topic of “Focusing on Property Management in 2005” and once again review the history of property management industry in 2005 from four aspects of featured projects, industry events, legal news and enterprises.
