热电材料多尺度结构中传热规律及高效热电转换机理进展报告

  摘 要:本报告主要针对热电系统中的强化传热技术及热电性能优化方面展开理论和实验研究,探讨高效热电转换技术途径。建立内燃机废气温差发电器的传热换热及热电转换数学模型,提出基于温度梯度与材料物性的热电耦合数值计算方法,研究了温度梯度的变化及其对热电系统的影响。基于热电转换中强化换热的考虑,提出采用相变换热的技术手段,并展开相变换热理论设计及沸腾与凝结换热性能分析。提出梯级热电材料和相变换热结合的高效热电器结构,并对各类因素对热电性能的影响展开了充分研究。搭建了蒸气冷凝换热特性测试实验台,可用于常压下各种蒸气在平板和圆管表面冷凝换热的测试,试验研究了含有高浓度CO2的水蒸气在水平管外的冷凝换热特性。另外,基于实验结果,该文修正了以往文献给出的经验关系式,大幅拓展了其适用范围。搭建了高气密性的Marangoni凝结换热实验台,研究了水平圆管外氨水混合蒸气的Marangoni凝结换热特性。在较大表面过冷度范围内,针对不同氨蒸气浓度氨水混合蒸气的Marangoni凝结换热特性进行了实验研究。

  Abstract:Theoretical optimization and experimental researches on strengthening heat transfer technology and thermoelectric performance of the thermoelectric system are carried, aimed at exploring efficient thermoelectric conversion technology. The mathematical model is established referring to the heat transfer and thermoelectric conversion in internal combustion engine exhaust thermoelectric conversion system. Based on the coupling properties between temperature gradient and material property, the numerical calculation method is introduced. The change of temperature gradient and its influence on thermal power system are studied. Based on the consideration of strengthening heat transfer, the Phase change thermal technolog are put forward, and the scheme design and boiling/condensation heat transfer performance are analyzed. An efficient thermoelectric generator structure are put forward with combination the technologies of cascade thermoelectric materials and phase-change heat transfer, also the influence relationship from all kinds of factors on thermoelectric performance are fully launched. The steam condensation experiment platform is set, by which, the tests on condensation heat transfer characters, in plat and pipe surface, for all kinds of steams with normal pressure can be carried. The condensation heat transfer characteristics of CO2 with high concentrations, outer a horizontal pipe, are studied experimentally. In addition, based on the experimental results, the existing experience formula, given in the literatures, is revised, which will greatly expand the formula application scope. The Marangoni condensation heat transfer test bench, with high air tightness, is set up. The Marangoni condensation heat transfer characteristics outside the horizontal pipe of ammonia mixture vapor are studied. Also, the condensation characteristics of ammonia mixture vapors with different vapor concentration, under a large surface super-cooling degree, are studied in experiment.

介绍了一种基于MEMS加速度传感器的自动校准平台的设计方案。从数学模型入手,推导了倾角测量算法并设计了调平控制方案。在电机控制环节加入改进后的PID算法,解决了输出突变导致系统性能下降的问题。快慢档的设定使系统在缩短调平时间的同时兼顾精度的要求。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,可用于一般调平场合。
