Naodeping Capsule consists of herbs such as Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, and Shichangpu. It has the effect of removing blood stasis, spreading knots, and clearing the meridians. It is used to treat hemiplegia and numbness of affected limbs. In order to ensure the efficacy, we used the traditional extraction method of water decoction and alcohol precipitation. We selected ferulic acid as the index, and adopted orthogonal test method to treat some of the traditional Chinese medicine extraction methods such as barnyardgrass and chuanxiong.
