在当前知识经济繁荣发展的时代,以文化为导向的经济增长正以一种主导范式的身份呈现。文化嵌入经济增长和企业的经营管理当中不仅是作为一种整合与制约的变量存在,而且成为推动经济增长和企业成长的一种资本。文化作为一种“生产性的资本”在促进企业成长过程中逐渐演化成三种不同的类型,即企业家个体性文化资本、组织性文化资本以及非家族社会性文化资本,这三种文化资本分别在企业成长的不同阶段发挥着重要作用。
In the current era of knowledge economy boom and development, culture-oriented economic growth is present as a dominant paradigm. Cultural embedded economic growth and business management not only exist as a variable of integration and restriction, but also become a kind of capital to promote economic growth and business growth. Culture as a kind of “productive capital ” gradually evolves into three different types during the process of promoting the growth of enterprises, that is, entrepreneurial individual cultural capital, organizational cultural capital and non-family social cultural capital. These three Cultural capital plays an important role in different stages of business growth.
