江苏吴县洞庭公社是我国沿海北缘柑桔产区,盛产柑桔、枇杷、杨梅、梅子、板栗、白果等。1974年果品总产22664783斤,其中柑桔总产11665656斤,比1973年增产一倍,比文化大革命前的1965年增长2.4倍。 1974年全社农、林、牧、副、渔均获得丰收。粮食比1973年增长13.1％,其他茶叶、蚕桑、水产等均有较大的发展。广大果农高兴的说:千胜利,万胜利,是毛主席革命路线的胜利,是文化大革命的胜利,是农业学大寨的丰硕成果。
Jiangsu Wu County Dongting commune is the northern edge of China’s coastal citrus producing areas, rich in citrus, loquat, red bayberry, plum, chestnut, ginkgo and so on. In 1974, the total output of fruit was 22,664,783 jin, including 116,665,656 jin of citrus, double the number of 1973 and 2.4 times that of 1965 before the Cultural Revolution. In 1974 the whole community of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, deputy, fishing have been bumper harvests. Food increased by 13.1% over 1973, and other tea, silkworm mulberry and aquatic products have enjoyed greater development. The majority of farmers are happy to say: Thousands of wins and 10,000 wins are the victory of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, the victory of the Cultural Revolution, and the fruitful achievement of Dazhai in agriculture.
