本文应用现场流行病学调查与细菌学检验相结合的方法,对1974年以来驻某地直属单位发生的18起细菌性痢疾暴发流行进行了调查。结果表明:炊事员发病或带菌是菌痢暴发的常见传染源。而食物污染和饮食制度不落实则是菌痢暴发的主要传播途径。部队离开营区执行任务或新组建的单位,由于饮食卫生和环境条件差也是导致菌痢暴发不可忽视的流行因素。
In this paper, a combination of on-the-spot epidemiological investigation and bacteriological tests was used to investigate the epidemic of 18 cases of bacillary dysentery occurring in units directly under the jurisdiction of a certain place since 1974. The results showed that the onset or carriage of cook was a common source of infection of bacillary dysentery. The food contamination and diet system is not implemented is the main route of transmission of bacillary dysentery. Units that leave the camps to carry out their mission or newly formed units are also popular factors that can cause outbreaks of dysentery because of poor food hygiene and poor environmental conditions.
