本文第一部分介绍了控制轧制的定义、分类、强化机理、基本参数等基本原理。论述了控制轧制是一种将热加工与热处理相结合,综合利用形变强化与相变强化的技术,运用恰当时,不但提高质量,而且简化工艺流程、减少能耗和成本的新技术。指出了控轧并非高不可攀,尤其是高温控轧对设备无大要求,对普通热加工厂来讲应用并不困难。是一种值得而且能够推广的新技术。
The first part of this article introduces the basic principles of control rolling definition, classification, strengthening mechanism, basic parameters. The paper discusses the control rolling is a combination of thermal processing and heat treatment, the comprehensive utilization of deformation strengthening and phase change strengthening technology, the use of appropriate, not only improve quality, but also simplify the process, reduce energy consumption and cost of new technologies. It is pointed out that it is not impossible to control the rolling, especially the high temperature controlled rolling has no big requirement on the equipment, and it is not difficult for the ordinary hot processing plant to be used. Is a worthwhile and can promote new technologies.
