目的:建立痛风立消制剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对土茯苓、木瓜、石菖蒲、乌药、萆薢等进行定性鉴别;采用紫外分光光度法对制剂中柚皮苷进行含量测定;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中绿原酸进行含量测定。结果:柚皮苷在0.056~0.196 mg(r=0.999 9)与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率99.31%,RSD 0.56%;绿原酸在0.32~1.92μg(r=0.999 7)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率99.66%,RSD 0.415%。结论:该方法简便易行、结果准确可靠,重复性好,可作为痛风立消制剂质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Gout Elimination Preparation. Methods: The contents of naringin in the preparations were determined by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The contents of naringin in the preparations were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The contents of green Determination of the original acid content. Results: Naringin showed a good linear relationship with absorbance at 0.056-0.1996 mg (r = 0.999 9), with an average recovery of 99.31% and a RSD of 0.56%. Chlorogenic acid had a good linear correlation with absorbance of 0.32-1.92 μg (r = 0.999 7) Peak area showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was 99.66%, RSD 0.415%. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to operate with accurate and reliable results and good reproducibility. It can be used as quality control standard for Gout Elimination Preparations.
