目的通过对无偿献血采集过程中发生采血不足量原因的分析,采取针对性控制措施,有效减少血液报废,更好地保障医院临床用血。方法汇总2014年1月-2016年12月3年的采集量,以及发生采血不足量的各种原因,做为研究对象,采取针对性措施,观察其效果。结果针对发生采血不足量的原因采取对员工培训,加强与献血者沟通等措施,采血不足量现象从2014-2016年呈逐年下降趋势,所占比例从0.29%下降至0.20%。结论加强对工作人员的培训提高静脉采集技术,加强宣传做好献血者沟通及服务,缓解献血者情绪,为献血者营造温馨、和谐、有序的献血氛围,有助于减少采血不足量的发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of insufficient blood sampling in the process of collecting blood donation without compensation and take targeted control measures to effectively reduce the blood waste and better protect the clinical blood in the hospital. Methods The data collected from January 2014 to December 2016 for 3 years and various causes of insufficient blood sampling were collected and used as research objects to take targeted measures to observe their effects. Results The measures of staff training and communication with blood donors were taken in response to the lack of blood collection. The lack of blood collection decreased from 0.24% to 0.20% from 2014 to 2016. Conclusions Strengthen staff training Improve intravenous collection techniques, step up publicity to better blood donors’ communication and service, ease the mood of blood donors and create a warm, harmonious and orderly blood donation atmosphere for blood donors, which helps to reduce the incidence of insufficient blood sampling .
