素描是初中美术的一个分支,由于学生自身接触素描的时间不同,加上不同学生领悟能力的不同,造成了素描学习水平的参差不齐。因材施教这种教学方式不仅有利于丰富教师的教学手段,提高教学质量,还有利于学生更好地提高自身对素描的学习兴趣,促进不断提升自身素描水平,因此初中教师有必要在素描课堂中开展因材施教的教学方法,让每个学生在自己原有的学习基础上都能得到进步。本文从正视初学学生,鼓励不断进步、指导实力老生,指导不断提升两个方面谈了因材施教在初中素描教学中的运用,理论联系实际,深入浅出。
