我院自1985年5月至1990年8月采用低温水囊中孕引产,现将结果报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 对象:对计划外妊娠15周以上,28岁以下要求终止妊娠者,共105例。并与同期常温水囊引产者46例作对照。 1.2 方法:入院后口服乙菧酚5～15mg 每日3次,连服3天;同时用1％新洁尔灭每日阴道冲洗1次,每晚阴道内置洗必泰栓一枚。操作方法:水囊插入宫腔后,水囊内注入5～8℃生理盐水,孕4个月注入400ml,5～7月注入400～500ml。休息片刻送入病房
