研究在不同浓度(0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%)的NaCl胁迫下,新疆自育转基因棉花品种萌发期耐盐性的特点,通过试验对比分析表明:当沙床含盐率为0.4%时,新桑塔6号发芽势为65.0%,发芽率为78.3%,达到抗盐水平;而新陆棉1号发芽势为23%,发芽率为36.7%,不耐盐。研究结果初步明确了新桑塔6号、新陆棉1号耐盐性级别,为抗虫棉在新疆盐碱地种植提供参考依据。
This paper studied the characteristics of salt-tolerance of transgenic Xinjiang cotton cultivars under different NaCl concentrations (0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%) during the germination period. The comparative analysis showed that when the salinity rate of sand beds was 0.4 %, The new Santama 6 germination potential was 65.0%, the germination rate was 78.3%, reaching the level of salt; and Xinlu Mian 1 germination potential of 23%, the germination rate was 36.7%, salt. The results initially identified the salt tolerance of Xintangta 6 and Xinlumian 1 and provided a reference for the planting of insect-resistant cotton in saline-alkali land in Xinjiang.
