全国“五一”劳动奖章获得者、安徽省劳动模范——淮北矿业集团公司石台矿安监处信息员胡晓会最近“受挫”了,他提出到生产第一线工作的要求难以兑现。 胡劳模胡晓会是1986年3月参加工作的农协工,在采煤一线连续工作了11年。由于他以矿为家,不怕苦累,勤劳能干,处处讲安全,班班高质量地工作,而且乐于助人,参加工作以来,他从矿上的领奖台一步一步登上了中华全国总工会的领奖台。1992年,石台矿专门申请特批,把他家的户口从农村迁到矿上,并分给他一套二室一厅的住房。逢年过节,矿主要领导都要亲自到他家慰问。上级对他的关心照顾转化为胡晓会全力投入企业安全生产的动力,他经常是一个人完成两个人的工作量。1997年4月,他因为耳朵听力太差等疾病,无法从事采煤一线工
