对水雷灵敏度估计决策风险进行了定量研究,提出以作业后雷区触雷概率或作业时间为指标衡量水雷灵敏度估计存在偏差时的风险,以示例形式演示了触雷概率的计算方法和步骤。提出了评估水雷灵敏度信息价值的指标。
The risk of decision-making on the sensitivity of the mines is quantitatively studied. The risk of the mines’ sensitivity estimation is evaluated by using the probability of the mine-contact or the working time as the index. The calculation method and steps of the mine-to-lightning probability are demonstrated by an example. Proposed the index to evaluate the value of mine sensitivity information.
