5月4日,湖北发布《省人民政府关于扩大有效投资促进经济稳定增长的若干意见》,提出了23条具体措施,明确继续精简前置审批,优化审批程序,对于属于企业自主经营权的事项,一律不再作为前置条件。核准机关能够用征求相关部门意见或者通过后续监管等方式解决的事项,一律不再作为前置审批。
