目的研究不同浓度氯化镉对鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤细胞(PC12)增值和神经生长因子(NGF)诱导下PC12细胞分化的影响。方法①采用MTT比色微量分析,观察不同浓度的氯化镉对PC12细胞增值影响。②采用形态学方法,观察不同浓度的氯化镉对NGF诱导的PC12细胞分化的影响。结果不同浓度的镉对PC12细胞的增值有明显的抑制作用,存在剂量效应关系。不同浓度的氯化镉、不同作用时间对NGF诱导的PC12细胞分化无明显影响。结论氯化镉对PC12细胞的增值有抑制作用,而对NGF诱导的PC12细胞的分化无显著的影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of cadmium chloride on the proliferation of PC12 cells and the differentiation of PC12 cells induced by nerve growth factor (NGF). Methods ① MTT colorimetric assay was used to observe the effect of different concentrations of cadmium chloride on PC12 cell proliferation. ② Morphological methods were used to observe the effect of different concentrations of cadmium chloride on the differentiation of PC12 cells induced by NGF. Results Different concentrations of cadmium significantly inhibited the proliferation of PC12 cells, and there was a dose-response relationship. Different concentrations of cadmium chloride, different role of time on NGF-induced differentiation of PC12 cells had no significant effect. Conclusions Cadmium chloride can inhibit the proliferation of PC12 cells and has no significant effect on the differentiation of PC12 cells induced by NGF.
