尿中铅的测定,长期以来国内外都用湿式热消化-双硫腙法,在具体实践中,由于湿式热消化尿样,需要一定的设备和条件,同时耗时较长,不适应基层单位普遍开展工作的需要,因而迫切要求改进消化方法,借以节省人力物力,提高工作效率,更好地为工农兵服务。为此,本文拟考虑将现有之湿式热消化-双硫腙单色法改为湿式冷消化-双硫腙混色法,兹将有关实验方法叙述如下。
