目的 :观察米非司酮口服保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法 :口服米非司酮 5 0mgql2h共 3天或 75mgqd共 4天。服药后监护患者的自觉症状和一般情况 ,定时进行血β -HCG水平监测和B超检查。结果 :2 3例成功 (包括 5例重复用药 ) ,成功率达 88 5 %。结论 :口服米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠有效
Objective: To observe the efficacy of mifepristone oral conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Oral mifepristone 50mgql2h for 3 days or 75mgqd for 4 days. After taking the patient’s self-care symptoms and the general situation, regular monitoring of blood β -HCG levels and B-ultrasound. Results: Twenty-three patients were successful (including 5 repeated doses) with a success rate of 88.5%. Conclusion: Oral mifepristone conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy effective
