党外知识分子作为医院思想政治工作的主要对象,在医院发展建设中起着不可替代的作用。在新的历史时期,医院要做好党外知识分子的思想政治工作,充分调动他们的积极性和创造性,实现医院和谐发展,医院思想政治工作者就必须积极倡导和实践人文关怀,坚持以人为本,从尊重、理解、关心人的角度,注重发挥人的潜能,促进人的全面发展。
As the main object of hospital ideological and political work, non-party intellectuals play an irreplaceable role in the development and construction of hospitals. In the new historical period, hospitals should do a good job of ideological and political work of non-Party intellectuals, fully mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity, and realize the harmonious development of hospitals.
