目的用正交试验法优选阴炎净洗液中苦参、黄连、黄柏中有效成分的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验进行优选,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数等因素的影响,优化提取条件;采用HPLC法测定提取液中苦参碱、小檗碱含量,通过计算提取率来比较提取效果。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:加8倍量水、提取3次、45 min.次-1。结论本试验为阴炎净洗液中有效成分的提取工艺优化提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of active ingredients in Sophora flavescens, Coptis chinensis and Cortex Phellodendri by orthogonal test. Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions. The influence of factors such as the amount of water added, the extraction time and the number of extraction were investigated, and the extraction conditions were optimized. The content of matrine and berberine in the extract was determined by HPLC, and the extraction efficiency was compared by calculating the extraction rate . Results The optimum extraction conditions were: add 8 times the amount of water, extracted three times, 45 min. Times -1. Conclusion This experiment provides a basis for the optimization of the extraction process of the active ingredients in the Yin Yan lotion.
