最近,我参加了一期乡农技校的技术培训,就其技术项目而言深受培训农民的欢迎,但从培训效果来看却又不尽人意。参加培训的一些青壮年脱盲人员,对于基本的技术要领难以弄通。问其原因,自脱盲后很少接触书本、想学但又没有去处或抽不出时间。感慨之余,一些问题不能不引起我们的深思,农民盼望掌握致富技术的心情是那么迫切,而理解掌握技术的能力却还欠功底,单靠脱盲学习所给的“基本口粮”远远适应不了他们学习致富技术的需要。文化知识与科学技术的相依性、不得不使我们对脱盲之后的巩固提高再作思考:(1) 脱盲之后的继续学习该怎样抓?(2) 简单地用学技术代替学文化能达到学好技术的目的吗?(3) 学习技术怎样结合学文化。
