本文利用大量试验数据及图表说明了齿轮胶合承载能力对此试验的结果及一些规律性的现象。比较了所试各类齿轮的动力性能,从而为按优化曲线选择变位系数的齿轮或同时增大刀具角的齿轮具有更高的胶合承载能力提供了较充分的依据和可行性分析。通过试验,还对齿轮胶合中本体温度的确定进行了探讨,提出了更为反映实际的本体温度经验式,使ISO胶合计算原理更为合理。
In this paper, a large number of test data and charts illustrate the results of this test and some regularities of the phenomenon of the load-bearing capacity of the gear. Compared with the dynamic performance of the gears tested, it provides a more sufficient basis and feasibility analysis for the gear with the coefficient of variation selected by the optimization curve or the gear with the bigger tool angle. Through experiments, the temperature of the body in the gear gluing is also discussed, and the empirical formula of the temperature of the body is proposed, which makes the principle of ISO gluing more reasonable.
