目的探讨CD44v6和基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测病理诊断胃癌(A组,98例)和良性胃病变黏膜组织(B组,20例)患者的CD44v6和MMP-7的表达。结果 A组CD44v6阳性表达率高于B组(59.2%vs.15.0%)(P<0.01);A组MMP-7阳性表达率为69.4%,B组MMP-7的表达均为阴性。A组D44v6的阳性表达率与胃癌的肿瘤浸润深度、大体分型、临床肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05),MMP-7的阳性表达率与胃癌的肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴转移、分化程度、大体分型、临床肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05)。CD44v6与MMP-7蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.01)。结论 CD44v6和MMP-7蛋白表达与胃癌的浸润和转移有关,可作为胃癌浸润和转移的重要判定指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD44v6 and matrix metalloproteinase 7 (MMP-7) in gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-7 in gastric cancer (group A, n = 98) and benign gastric mucosa (group B, n = 20) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rate of CD44v6 in group A was higher than that in group B (59.2% vs.15.0%, P <0.01). The positive expression rate of MMP-7 in group A was 69.4%, while the expression of MMP-7 in group B was negative. The positive expression rate of D44v6 in group A was significantly correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, general classification and clinical stage (P <0.05). The positive rate of MMP-7 in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, Type, clinical stage of the tumor (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of CD44v6 and MMP-7 (r = 0.401, P <0.01). Conclusion The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-7 are related to the infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer, which may serve as an important indicator for the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
