试验分别于1990、1991年在遂宁市进行,试材均为7年生共砧沙田柚树。所用赤霉素为上海沪江生化厂生产。单株小区,重复5次。处理方法设置涂果面和果梗两种;处理浓度分别为200、150、100、50ppm,以不涂为对照;处理时间为第1次生理落果后、第2次生理落果前(5月22~23日)。于7月或8月上旬统计着果率。 结果表明,赤霉素不同处理方法和浓度对沙田柚的保果效果有较大差异。在50~200ppm浓度范围
The experiment was carried out in Suining in 1990 and 1991, respectively, and the test materials were all 7-year-old alfalfa pomelo trees. The gibberellin used for Shanghai Biochemical Factory production. Single plant, repeated 5 times. Treatment methods set two kinds of fruit surface and fruiting stems; treatment concentrations were 200,150,100,50 ppm, respectively, not coated as a control; treatment time for the first physiological drop fruit, before the second physiological drop fruit (May 22 ~ 23 days). Statistics fruit rate in July or early August. The results showed that gibberellin different treatment methods and concentrations of pomelo fruit protection effect is quite different.
